Terms and Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you understand that you are registering to attend a conference managed by The Asia Miner, and all fees associated with your registration or event pass to the conference are payable in full as per our payment terms. You may register on behalf of others, however you are deemed to be liable for all associated fees for all the participants you register.
By registering as sponsor and attending the conference each company or person acknowledges and agrees to the following restrictions as the criteria of being accepted to attend a conference.

All bookings made prior to the conference/ Sponsorship must be paid in full to guarantee registration. Once your registration has been processed, an invoice will be sent. Payments due on 14 days after date of invoice.

Credit Card Payments

MMI Indonesia accept full payment by Visa or Mastercard at the time of registration. All charges are made in the currency relative to rates of each event. Any tax rate and 3% card charges will be charged to you in addition to the fees.

Substitutions, Cancellations, and Refunds

No refunds can be made. Delegates may nominate an alternative person from their organisation at no extra charge.

Cancellation or termination of event

No Party shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to, acts of God (such as hurricanes, earthquakes, flooding), fire, Government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary license), wars, terrorist acts, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Party whose performance is affected.  Should Clients’ Event be cancelled, postponed or otherwise adversely impacted as a result of a force majeure event, there shall be no refunds for payments already received by Event Planner, but Event Planner will use all reasonable efforts to work with Clients to produce the Event at a later date if necessary, subject to Event Planner’s availability, and a substitute representative may be present on Event Planner’s behalf on the rescheduled date.  Additional fees may be incurred and due to Event Planner and/or Event Vendors as a result of a rescheduled Event.
