Cranserco was established in November 2011 to address the Product Support needs for Terex Cranes in Indonesia. Since then we have added other products that compliment each other and provide Customers with the latest technology and products that adds value to their business.
Cranserco’s Product Support Centre is based in Balikpapan on the Island of Kalimantan in Indonesia, in addition to Balikpapan we have Parts, Service and Sales available in Jakarta, Sumbawa, Papua and Sumatera. Our Technicians travel regularly throughout Indonesia supporting Customer's equipment.
